Privacy Policy

Page Report Card is a service of Intercept Marketing, LLC (“Intercept,” “we,” “us,” “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you use pagereportcard.com and app.pagereportcard.com (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the marketing site and the audit application. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the LinkedIn pages we analyze, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

3. Information we collect

a. Account and contact information. When you request an audit or create an account, we collect your name, email address, and, where applicable, the venue or booster code tied to how you reached us.

b. Site and usage data. Log entries, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

c. Audit request data. The LinkedIn company-page URL you submit, and the business type you select, so we can run the audit you asked for.

d. Publicly available company data we gather to run the audit. To produce an audit, we retrieve publicly available information from the LinkedIn company page and recent posts you ask us to analyze, for example the page’s description, follower count, and post content and engagement. We gather this through a third-party data provider (see Section 8). This is public business-page information about an organization; we do not collect private or login-gated LinkedIn data, and we do not log in to LinkedIn to obtain it.

4. How we use information

• To run the audit you request and deliver your Grade and Report Card.
• To create and manage your account, process payments, and apply booster codes.
• To send you service messages about your audit or account.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To follow up with you about our content and page-management services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use the data we process to train external machine-learning models.

5. AI processing

We use a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to analyze the public company-page content and generate the audit’s scoring and narrative. The content is sent for the sole purpose of producing your report and is not used by us or the provider to train external models.

6. LinkedIn data and non-affiliation

Page Report Card is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We analyze publicly available company-page information to form an advisory marketing opinion; our audit is not a LinkedIn rating, ranking, or certification.

7. Cookies and analytics

• Functional cookies only. The Service uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate it, your sign-in session (via our authentication provider) and fraud-prevention cookies set during checkout (via our payment provider). These do not require consent.
• Cookieless analytics. We use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) that measures aggregate page views without cookies and without tracking you across other sites.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used at this time, so the Service does not display a cookie-consent banner. If we later add non-essential or advertising cookies, we will add a consent mechanism before they load.
• Global Privacy Control. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or similar signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any non-essential processing.

8. How we share information (subprocessors)

We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, each under terms that limit their use of it:

• Vercel · application hosting and cookieless analytics

We do not sell any information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

9. Data retention

• Account information is kept for as long as you have an account with us, plus a reasonable period for billing, security, and legal compliance.
• Audit records, the LinkedIn URL you submitted and the report we generated, are retained as business records so you can revisit them and so we can manage our relationship with you. We may retain these records indefinitely as business records. You may request deletion of your account and associated records at any time (see Section 10).
• You may ask us to delete your account and associated records; see Section 10.

10. Your choices and rights (Do Not Sell Or Share)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing (including under the CCPA/CPRA). To exercise any of these, email privacy@pagereportcard.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We honor GPC signals as valid opt-outs.

11. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you use it from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

13. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and, where appropriate, additional notice.
