Last updated: September 15, 2026. This is not legal advice.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Page Report Card (the “Service”), a service of Intercept Marketing, LLC (“Intercept,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The agreement

This is an agreement between you and Intercept Marketing, LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company with its principal office at 259 Northland Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45246. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. What Page Report Card is

Page Report Card reads a company’s public LinkedIn page and recent posts, scores them across a set of content and page-credibility categories, and returns an advisory audit. We offer:

  • The Grade · a free, redacted summary score.
  • The Report Card · the full audit, including every flag with the exact post or page element behind it, for a one-time fee.
  • Retainer services · ongoing content and page-management services offered separately by Intercept.

The audit is a marketing opinion, not a verdict. It reports probabilistic signals with stated confidence, not findings of fact. It is not a rating, ranking, certification, or background check, and it does not measure the honesty or quality of any company. Every flag is tied to the specific public post or page element behind it so you can check our work.

3. Not affiliated with LinkedIn

Page Report Card is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. “LinkedIn” is a trademark of its owner. We analyze publicly available company-page information only.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Service is for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 16.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use an audit as the sole basis for any adverse or high-stakes decision about a company or person.
  • Use the Service to infer or act on protected characteristics of any individual.
  • Resell, redistribute, or publish audits as if they were an official rating or certification.
  • Submit LinkedIn URLs you are not permitted to analyze, or use the Service to violate any third party’s terms or the law.
  • Scrape, resell, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or attempt to access it in an unauthorized way.

6. No guarantee of results

We cannot promise any particular business outcome, more followers, engagement, leads, or revenue, from acting on an audit. The audit is advisory. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

7. Payment

  • The Grade is free.
  • The Report Card is $250 per company page, charged when you buy it. Report Cards are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Booster codes provided by a sponsor or partner may cover the cost of a Report Card; they carry no cash value and may be limited or expire.
  • Retainer services are billed as separately agreed. [CONFIRM: retainer pricing, billing cycle, auto-renewal, and cancellation terms, not yet set.]
  • Taxes, where applicable, are your responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

  • Your audit. Once delivered, you may use your Report Card for your own business purposes.
  • Our platform. The Service, its scoring methodology, software, and branding remain our property. These Terms grant you no license to them beyond using the Service.
  • Company data. Public company-page information belongs to its respective owners; we analyze it to form an advisory opinion and claim no ownership of it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any audit is complete or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intercept will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Intercept harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state and federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
